My furnace which was only 6 years old and wouldn't come on late on a Sunday night. Called atlas and technician came and after playing with it for a while he said repair would be about $2500 and I should invest in a new furnace.

He quoted $6600 when I hesitated to lowered to $5700 if he called his boss. I had no choice since we had no heat. With 25 minutes another truck pulls up with the furnace on it and 2 other people install it. Checking around similar installed furnaces would be under $3000.

Now I don't believe I didn't need another furnace.

And they had the nerve when they came back to hook up the air conditioner to say I needed another

AC system.

Thank you for voicing your concern. Our price for a new furnace is pretty much in the middle price range compared to other companies in your area.

We have a master HVAC license with a separate sales, service and installation department and open 365 days a year. Someone without a license can obviously do the job for less.
